Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling / Office Address
If the applicant is aggrieved by the Advance Ruling pronounced under section 98 (6) of the KGST & CGST Act, 2017, he may prefer an appeal before the Appellate Authority for Advance Ruling as per the provisions of Section 100 of the KGST & CGST Act, 2017.
